What is the shelf life?

Kegs stay fresh for 18 months unopened, and 2 months after opening. You don't need to stock them in a cooler.

Bottles stay fresh for 18 months unopened, and 3 weeks after opening. Once opened, please place in a cooler.

Always avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 25 °C.

Do i need to add anything extra?

Our cocktails are 100% pre-batched so won't need to buy any extra liquors, juices, or mixers. Just bring in the ice cubes, dust off your best glassware, decorate with garnish, and serve with a smile.

And don't forget your shaker for our to shake cocktails.

WHat tap installation do i need for the kegs?

You can connect our cocktail kegs to any type of tap installation, provided you own a Keykeg coupler (available from us). At large events we provide mobile tap installations, while in bars and restaurants we can look along for a built-in tap installation. Be sure to contact us to discuss this further.

HOW COME OUR COCKTAILS KEEP SO WELL IN A KEG?

We use a system called Bag-in-Keg, which is exactly what it sounds like: a hard plastic casing that contains an airtight bag. It’s designed to draw every last drop of liquid from inside and protect the drink from being exposed to oxygen and UV radia-tion, keeping it fresh for up to 2 months after the first pour.
